First day of poll = not too successful!

Hmmm... we think our lack of posts in the last month has led to a shortage of visitors to our site! We hope people will come back and take part in these awesome music polls. We will admit, the only votes so far have come from us (trying to make us look more popular than we are!). Please vote! If you didn't like the the first poll, maybe you'll like the second one better :)

We know - it's been awhile since we updated our blog.  That just means we've been busy getting ready for the wedding!  But now, we're prepared to take this blog to a whole new level by introducing...

GUEST PARTICIPATION!

We'd like our guests' input on song choices for the wedding reception.  Starting now, and leading up to the wedding, we will be conducting numerous polls to gauge our guests' musical preferences.  The polls will be generated based on our personal tastes, but this will allow you to guide us in the most reasonable direction possible.  Please vote!  We'll really make an effort to put out a new poll every day or every other day, but we need you to do your part and vote!

Wedding Invites

After struggling with them for about 3 hours, the wedding invites have been ordered. Of course, we need to double-check the digital proof to make sure our late night writing actually makes sense to our more coherent selves, but hopefully we'll be able to send them out shortly.

Double B Contracting, out of Lowville, NY, came through big with 3 portable toilet units. Unfortunately, these won't be the deluxe sink units, but they're still going to rock. I mean, come on, they're port-a-potties!

Disaster averted--the wedding is still on!

NOOOOOO!!

So, apparently, all the portable toilets are booked for August 1. I'm still trying to find them, but the dream is slipping through our fingers. Portable toilets! Port-a-potties! We're losing them!

Hopefully, someone will come through. If not, I'm just not sure what we'll do...

Wedding Music

After several weeks of exhaustive searching, we've almost finished the plans for the music at the wedding. Stay tuned for the final details, we'll be posting them soon.
